HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

The coach will facilitate and help explore the reality of what is going on in your life dispassionately. You will ascertain where you want to be as an individual, what is important to you and help you find your solutions.

You will take home an action plan that is specific to your needs. Only thing the coach will expect from you is that you are open and honest in the session and are willing to implement ideas from the session that are relevant to you.

My Coach Jyoti has helped me a lot in this short period of time. She has helped me gain more clarity about different parts of my life, especially my work. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Coaching is done in one on one sessions where you can decide on how many sessions you want with the Coach. It can be 3 to 6 sessions of 45 – 60 minutes each depending on your objectives. We also offer short-term focused coaching session for individuals who do not want to go ahead with 3-6 sessions but may have a specific goal, such as:

  • Express your anger without being hurtful
  • Improve your relationships
  • Resolve ongoing negative pattern in your life or a work place
  • Your environment more effectively
  • Be more productive
  • Have a more balanced and improved quality-of-life
