Jyoti an executive coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership and executive coaching. Leveraging the coaching expertise and education in psychology, she alleviates her clients to find practical solutions in complex dilemmas like professional goal setting & achieving, leadership aspirations, work-life balance priorities, mid-life issues, and effective parenting.
Jyoti is currently associated with few companies and schools in Singapore for their coaching endeavors for day to day personal and professional challenges faced by them. She is also associated with ICF as their Deputy Chair-Community Relations.
Previously, Jyoti was coach on board with reputed Fortune 500 global companies such as Aviva, and many young start-ups in India before moving to Singapore. Jyoti was introduced to Executive Coaching by Leadership & Management School, U.S. Department of State in 2004 where she was the head of visa fraud investigation department with the American Embassy, Delhi.
15 years of leadership and coaching experience at the embassy helped her build invaluable expertise in understanding and managing human behaviour under high pressure circumstances, taking control of volatile situations and finding nimble and effective solutions to achieve desired results. Interacting with thousands of people from various walks of life, understanding their aspirations and dealing with associated anxiety and disappointments were part of her daily job.
Jyoti was honoured with exceptional service and meritorious awards throughout her career. Realizing the power of effective coaching, her interest in human behaviour, her ability to connect with people and desire to bring positive change in people’s lives and organizations’ fortunes, she decided to pursue life coaching as a full-time profession in 2009 and received her coaching training and certification from ICF accredited from Coach U University, Australia in 2009 and was accredited as ACC from ICF in 2013.
